Our client is a well established Independent Optician that prides itself on delivering first class eye care to the local community, they have continued to invest in the latest optical technology and have a fantastic range of equipment for optometrists. 

They are currently looking for an Optometrist either to work in one location or potentially across a number of practices in their portfolio.

Our client measures your success by the relationships you build with the team and patients, not on how many targets you are reaching.

On offer is a fantastic salary package of c65K + Benefits.

Individual tests are between 40/60 minutes, with complete professional freedom, they actively encourage staff to discuss interesting /challenging patients with each other and take your personal development extremely seriously.

All their practices are well equipped with with a fantastic range of designer frames and a diverse range of lenses, you will also benefit from OCT and Humphreys Field analysers to ensure you are able to provide a first class, comprehensive service.

As standard, you will receive a full induction into the business, 
together with training & development using all equipment and processes within the business. You will also be supported by an extremely well trained support team, including qualified dispensing opticians.
