Job description

Job Title: Administrator
Location: Edinburgh (EH15 area)
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: Starting ASAP for 6 weeks
Pay Rate: £13 per hour

Duties:
  • Conduct significant telephone work, including communication with candidates, referees, etc.
  • Update systems and trackers.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Skills:
  • Confidence in talking to candidates and making phone calls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
