Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at THE DEN, Bengaluru. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial transactions within the hotel, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and developing financial strategies. The Finance Manager is also responsible for managing the hotel's budget, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Qualifications Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills Good Knowledge of Income Auditing and F&B Controls. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards Expertise in financial software and Microsoft Excel Experience in budget management and forecasting Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a MUST Professional certification such as CFA, CMA, or CPA is preferred.Job tags
