Job Purpose:
Sales Officer Gold loan is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source Gold Loan from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Consumer Gold Loan business. Key Accountabilities: Marketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation. Branch leads follow up and conversion. Conversion of leads to logins. Achieving assigned monthly productivity Sourcing quality portfolio Duties & Responsibilities: Cold calls to be done in the catchment mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated for Gold Loan business. Distribute Gold Loan brochures in the catchment area to generate leads. Conduct market visits and promote Gold Loan to prospective customers. Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers. Understanding customers requirement for Gold loan and pitching the right product as per requirement Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist. Maintain daily sales report. Collect 2 references from every customer for Gold Loan business. Age 22 to 35 Yrs Educational Qualification UG/Graduate Relevant Experience Fresher's/ Gold Loan sales experience Core Competencies & Skills Sales Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Domain Expertise Sales & Lead Generation Activities, Client Meetings, Closely work with Branch Team Objection handling, Product knowledge.Job tags
