Caller

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Caller will need to maintain accurate records of all calls and update customer information as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and databases
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
