The Institute of Banking Studies is offering roles for retired public sector bank employees as Faculty cum Business Associates with two distinct teaching options:
### Option 1: DRA Training - **Role Description**: Conduct 60 to 75 hours of DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) training classes per month using the online Zoom platform. - **Objective**: Provide comprehensive training on debt recovery techniques and practices to enhance the skills of professionals in this area. ### Option 2: JAIIB/CAIIB Classes - **Role Description**: Deliver 40 to 50 hours of classes for the JAIIB (Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) or CAIIB (Chartered Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) examinations per month, also through online Zoom platform sessions. - **Objective**: Prepare candidates for JAIIB/CAIIB banking examinations, focusing on the necessary knowledge and skills required to excel in these certifications. **Common Responsibilities for Both Options**: - **Promoting IIBF Certificate Courses**: Alongside teaching duties, the role involves promoting the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) certificate courses among bankers to increase awareness and enrollment in these professional development programs. **Salary and Incentives**: - The compensation package includes a monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 30,000, plus additional incentives, reflecting the role's significance in professional development within the banking sector. **Qualifications**: - The position is specifically targeted at retired bankers who have attained the CAIIB certification, ensuring they bring a depth of knowledge and experience to their teaching and promotional activities. **Work Arrangement**: - This is a work-from-home role, offering flexibility and convenience for retired individuals looking to contribute to the banking sector without the daily commute.
