Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Freight Masters located in Mohali district. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing freight shipments, communicating with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the transportation process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or related field
• Knowledge of industry regulations and requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with dispatching software is a plus
