Learning & Development - Fresher Induction Location: Mumbai (Mahape) Experience: 2 to 5 years If you have experience in coordinating training programs for L&OD, please send your CV directly to [email protected] with below details: Current Location in Mumbai: Current Notice Period: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Mention LINKEDIN APPLICATION in your email Subject Line Key Roles and Responsibilities: · Execute the training programs end-to-end including designing, planning and implementation. · Plan and execute the skill assessments process. · Build the dashboard and MIS reports for sharing the progress of training batches. · Manage training facilities and develop month wise training schedule. · Develop, rationalize and manage vendor partners for effective fresher induction training program outcomes. · Work with business units for feedbacks, learning effectiveness and improvising cost-effective and customized fresher induction trainings Skills: · Good coordination and facilitation skills · Excellent verbal & written communication skills · Ability to derive meaningful insights out of the training batch data. · Good interpersonal skills · Ability to work in flexi timings and travel across locations for short duration when required Associates with the Technical background be an added advantage. · Good command over Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point) · Good Presentation skillsJob tags
