Key Responsibilities: - Manage Citrix Site in Azure for Customers. - Monitoring Citrix Site/Farms. - Actively co-ordinate with other teams in P1/P2 issues. - Manage Cloud Connector, Ad Connector, Citrix Federated Authentication servers etc. - Should have working knowledge of Azure with Citrix cloud. - Should have basic working knowledge of AD Group Policies, PKI Certificates. - Should have working knowledge of Citrix WEM(Workspace environment Manager). - Should have working knowledge of Profiling solutions like Microsoft FSLogix and Ivanti App V . - Should have worked on Printer issues (Network, local etc.) - Should have worked on VMware Hypervisor. - Deliver remote desktops and apps from Azure with VMware Cloud. -Experience with on-prem to cloud VDI replication and DR strategies - Should Plan and Manage Disaster recovery in Citrix Cloud. -Should have Experience with VMware & Hyper-V technologies -Should have Experience with Active Directory - Group Policy Design & Architecture -Should have Hands on experience with performance monitoring and alerting for cloud workload instances. - Knowledge of Extensive experience with automation leveraging Azure CLI, PowerShell, VBS to automate and simplify tasks. -Collaborate with operational counterparts to support and Client opportunities for improvement via automation, process improvements, etc. Automate repetitive tasks where possible to improve service delivery and reduce operational overhead Develop and communicate HA / resiliency standards to ensure business and operational requirements are being met. Technical Experience : -8 years of experience in Citrix Technologies including XenApp & XenDesktop, - Experience of working with AppV packages and related Technologies -At least 1/2year of experience on Citrix cloud, - 4-5 years of experience of working with VMware Hypervisor. -Strong technical knowledge in Citrix Cloud with Azure. -Deploy and administration-Strong knowledge on packaging (App V) and distribution. -Knowledge on Active Directory Design. -Build Administration would be added advantage. Experience in Deploying Virtual Apps and Desktop in Microsoft Azure - Experience on Provision a Virtual Desktop host pool. - Review how to deploy Virtual Apps and Desktop in Azure. -Experience with migrating/maintaining VDI workloads in Azure Cloud -Knowledge of support Azure, Office 365 and On-Premise solutions. -Experience on Azure IaaS. Experience on Azure Active Directory & Group Policy ARM Templates + PowerShell scripting experience Hands on experience deploying and managing virtual desktops Understand the Virtual Desktop configuration workflow. Provision an Azure tenant and set up Azure Active Directory. Integrate Azure AD with Active Directory Domain Services. Provision the required administrator roles in Azure AD. Should have Extensive experience withstanding up and operationalizing Microsoft Azure, leveraging engineering and architectural concepts Provision the required administrator roles in Azure AD. Configure apps and desktops for users. Experience configuring / managing Azure IaaS & PaaS technologies such as Subscriptions, Storage Containers/ Azure managed Disks. (1.) To ensure customer engagement or satisfaction and referenceability (2.) To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of margin are met. (3.) To anchor process improvementorcompliance (human error reporting) and other organizational initiatives (automation , Lean IT implemetation) (4.) To guide, manage, develop, engage the team therby ensuring employee retention (5.) To ensure upskillor creation of resources through internal academiesor trainings and growth rotation
