Required Skills We are looking for a young, energetic individual with good management, professional ideology, and effective communication skills who can lead and support our Human Resources department. The eligible candidate should have a basic command of English, a positive attitude, and having a good knowledge of recruitment, and HR operational skills.
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage a team effectively, encouraging focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Talent Acquisition - End to End Recruitment process from screening to hiring.
- Coordinate in building a team with the corporate, professional environment.
- Maintaining candidate records and preparing reports of recruitments.
- Managing HR operations such as salary, leaves, appraisals & resignations.
- Managing company events and celebrations.
- Must be well aware of HR Administration activities and be able to plan all procedures & processes to get desired outcomes.
Job Types : Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary : 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
Location: Vesu, Surat, Gujarat (Work from the office only)
