Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective clients, and leveraging market insights to develop strategic plans. The BDE is responsible for contributing to the overall business development strategy and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Participate in product and service development discussions based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
