Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager for GeneXplore Diagnostic and Research Center located in Surat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share, managing and mentoring assigned area, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, hospital and Doctor. The Area Sales Manager will also gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong track record in sales and meeting sales targets
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence
• Good understanding of molecular medical genetics or healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is preferred
