Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Cluster Manager located near to Kolkata. The Pharmacy Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple pharmacies in the area, managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Pharmacy Cluster Manager will also be responsible for budget management, business development, and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice skills
• Prescription and Immunization knowledge
• Experience managing a team of Pharmacy Technicians
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy management
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with budget management and sales forecasting
