Through the power of Yoga, she helps people get fitter physically and emotionally and helps them live a harmonious, peaceful, and healthy life.She has trained 8000+ individuals, 50+ celebrities and influencers, and 70+ Corporates till now.Her esteemed clientele includes Sanya Malhotra, Mrunal Thakur, Kusha Kapila, Priya Mani, Nicole from Team Naach, Chef Saransh Goila, Rahul Subramanian, and many more.Her corporate partnerships include CITIBank, Adobe, Reliance Group, Indigo Airlines, Spicejet Airlines, Veeam Software, Abbott, Global Insurance Brokers, ICICI Bank, Medimanage etc.Job Description:As a Telesales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for contacting potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our services. You will play a key role in driving sales revenue and contributing to the growth of our business.Responsibilities: Contacting prospective leads and customers via telephone to introduce our products/services and generate revenues. Engaging with customers courteously and professionally to understand their needs and preferences. Presenting product/service information, pricing, and promotions to customers effectively. Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products/services and their benefits to effectively address customer inquiries and objections. Following up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas regularly. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Providing feedback to the sales management team on customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.Requirements: Experience Minimum 1-year experience in telesales or a similar sales role. Language Fluent in speaking English Position Full time Lock in 12 months Notice period 3 months Work location Preferred to work from the office ( Andheri West close to DN Nagar Metro). We are also open to online/hybrid positioning for the right fit. Week-off: Will be mutually discussed between the company and the employee (1 day a week) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
