Job description

They are looking for Key Account Manager HVAC to be based at Hyderabad or Gurgaon with following:

• Individual will have total 13 to 17 years of experience with 11+ years in HVAC.
• Must have Digital Advisory Experience of implementing digital transformation/building automation/HVAC commissioning projects in commercial real estate – _Hotels, Hospitals, Malls etc.
• Should have experience in explaining digital use cases, business case, project roadmap for Energy Management, HVAC systems and BMS in large commercial real estate.
• Should have prior understanding of BMS/HVAC/CMMS landscape and exposure to building automation offerings from Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Control or Schneider.
• Develop & execute the overall Sales & Marketing strategy for assigned market.
• Manage the digital platform Sales life cycle, including strategy, identification, recruitment, on-boarding, enablement and ongoing management.
• Work closely with the technology partner in overseeing client engagement, project management, tracking deliverables and milestones and in defining success criteria for project sign-off.
• On the client side, manage the overall communication, project tracking and progress reporting, integration with legacy equipment and ongoing success of the project.
