Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Gandhinagar. The Caller will be responsible for making outgoing calls to clients, handling incoming calls, answering client queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Hindi, Gujrati and English Experience in customer service, call center, or related field Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Knowledge of basic computer skills such as MS Office Experience in the financial or legal industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in any disciplineJob tags
