Role And Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve queries about our products and company.
  • Pay attention to important details in every conversation.
  • Provide verbal feedback on sales offers to the Sales team for closing.
  • Answer incoming calls, operate telephone equipment, and use other telecommunications technologies to assist current and prospective clients.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and any functional changes.
  • Ensure quality service by following organization guidelines.
  • Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about our products or services using pre-defined scripts.
  • Respond to inquiries related to our products or company.
  • Maintain, update, and report clientele records regularly.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in the language(s) required for the role.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide satisfactory resolutions.
  • Basic knowledge of operating telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies.
  • Strong adherence to company policies and guidelines.
