Role And Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve queries about our products and company.
- Pay attention to important details in every conversation.
- Provide verbal feedback on sales offers to the Sales team for closing.
- Answer incoming calls, operate telephone equipment, and use other telecommunications technologies to assist current and prospective clients.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and any functional changes.
- Ensure quality service by following organization guidelines.
- Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about our products or services using pre-defined scripts.
- Respond to inquiries related to our products or company.
- Maintain, update, and report clientele records regularly.
Candidate Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication skills in the language(s) required for the role.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Basic knowledge of operating telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies.
