Job description
Vendor Management and Coordination
a. Manages city specific vendors (garage, pick and drop, replacement vehicle) basis quality
of service, TATs, costs etc.
b. Coordinates with vendors for Tyres & Parts, Roadside Assistance and others
c. Responsible for ensuring timely replacement vehicle and pick & drop services
d. Visit workshops for meeting service heads, inspecting vehicles and service levels.
e. Ensures dealers/workshops are following the process as per the SLA/MOU signed
f. Sensitizing dealer/workshops on quick TAT, quality repair & use of genuine parts
g. Ensures the payments are processed and follows up with accounts team
h. Provides initial support to procurement team in setting up the procurement network
o Fleet Maintenance
a. Coordinates for scheduled and preventive maintenance of fleet
b. Checks availability of workshops to ensure maximum up-time
c. Responsible for servicing related complaints and post-service follow-up with customer
d. Report monthly to Service Managers with all service-related records such as servicing,
replacement car utilizations, pick-up & drop, inspection reports etc.
e. Handle stock post refurbishment as directed by central team
