Job Title : Operations Finance Manager
Location: Barcelona
Job Description
As part of the Operations Finance Leadership Team, this role will play a critical role as the finance business partner to the Global Head of External Supply & Network Strategy as well as Global Engineering. The responsibility will be for the global External Supply, site expansion (green/brown field) and the global Galderma CAPEX management. As the business partner, she/he will analyze the variances, challenge the results, and identify risks/opportunities leading to clear corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for consolidating, analyzing & controlling monthly performance (External Supply, CAPEX, Global investment programs) and liaising/agreeing with Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Controller
Lead monthly rolling forecast & budget. Analyze the gaps, challenge results, identify risks/opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
Ensure project costing is properly implemented within the Industrialization projects portfolio.
Provide main procurement financial KPIs.
Lead and oversee ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency within the finance organization and cross-functional projects.
Optimizing CAPEX Reporting and Oversight. Proper tracking of multi-gate approvals & oversight for multi-year, large CAPEX programs.
Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis to drive actionable insights to improve resource allocation.
Support new tool implementation (project costing) and improve processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Very strong background in Financial Analytics and management.
Operations/manufacturing financial management experience in Pharma, Consumer, or Aesthetics industry.
Expert in data analytics, in understanding data flows and processing this data to create meaningful and actionable reports.
Strong knowledge of IT tools, hands-on analytics knowledge, and a strong willingness to work with the team to deliver what is needed when it is needed.
Resilient to change and bringing solutions to the current/new tools/processes.
