There will be various support and maintenance assignments as well as projects.
We are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer to join the team of one of our most important clients.

What are you going to do as a Helpdesk Engineer:
- Support ongoing projects related to the IT profession.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain running systems and environments.
- Keep documentation of changes made to the setup
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
What you bring as a Helpdesk Engineer:
- Education in the IT field – university degrees/IT courses.
- Knowledge of AZURE AD, Windows Server technologies (AD, IIS, DFS), VMware, Networks (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN), Microsoft/Office365 is an advantage.
- Experience as an IT system administrator or system engineer would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux server maintenance, MS SQL is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
