WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES WAITING FOR YOU?

As a Legal Specialist you will have the possibility to participate to the creation and update of all internal polices and contracts and provide effective legal advice related to the day-to-day business activities.

Your responsibilities:

- Review, draft and negotiate all types of commercial agreements (including but not limited to sales and purchase agreements, news, media/sports rights acquisition, production agreements) with the customers, partners and sports federations

- Support to the Procurement Department: review, draft and negotiate with key suppliers and assist in the implementation of procurement process

- Review and adapt all T&Cs to the business strategy by creating new ones more adapted to the real problematics of the teams

- Support the Head of Legal to elaborate template contracts such as MSA, NDA, MoU

- Liaise with external advisers, in particular, ensuring continuity of Swiss law monitoring system

- Support the Head of Legal to adapt all internal policies and to their application within the new organization, particular focus on Data Privacy and anticorruption program

- Support in the elaboration of training material and deployment of trainings to spread the compliance culture within the company

- Support the HR department on punctual points

- Insurance: participate with broker to the understanding and renegotiation of insurance policies

- Data privacy: support in the update of risk register and securitisation of all data with IT department

ABOUT YOU:

If you meet the following requirements, don’t hesitate to apply!

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a legal department dealing with negotiation of contracts and governance

- Excellent written communication skills and ability to give accurate and practical legal information and advice

- Excellent ability to speak, write and negotiate in English, and ideally also in French and Spanish

- Excellent organisational skills

- High adaptability and team working

- First class drafting skills
