Assurance Manager

 

OBJECTIVE:

As a Senior Accountant, in your world, nothing is too big or too small when it comes to creating success. This means you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. It is this mindset that will allow you to excel as the Senior Accountant for our client. The successful candidate is responsible for leading and managing the assurance team, developing and implementing assurance plans, and overseeing the execution of assurance activities. They will also be responsible for providing assurance services to clients, including audits, reviews, and consulting engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the assurance team
• Develop and implement assurance plans
• Oversee the execution of assurance activities
• Provide assurance services to clients
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on the latest assurance trends and developments
• Provide training and development to the assurance team

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• CPA or other professional accounting certification
• 5+ years of experience in assurance services
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CaseWare
