Job description
Our client, who is a leader in the Security industry, is hiring a Security Manager.
In this exciting career, you will be responsible for managing a large and highly motivated team of security professionals. Responsibilities will include managing contract operations as well as overseeing call response and day-to-day activities.
Security Manager Requirements- Manage a large dynamic team of security professionals
- Taking a proactive approach to coach, mentor and develop team members for successful career development
- Create and update schedules as needed
- Respond to various types of emergencies (fire alarms/elevator entrapments/medical emergencies/arrests when applicable)
- Develop, implement, and manage security protocols and procedures to safeguard client assets, personnel, and information.
Security Manager Qualifications- Ability to coach, mentor & develop personnel
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Minimum 4-6 years of Security Management experience
- Valid Security Guard licence required (with the ability to obtain AST)
