Job description
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment: Studies production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.
- Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.
- Starts, adjusts, and repairs packaging machinery, or notifies maintenance department.
- Trains workers in operation of equipment.
- Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
- Experience in Setting up & working X-rays and Metal Detector equipment.
- Experience in Sealing Machines such as Multivac & Proseal.
- Experience in MAP (Modified Atmosphere Package).
- Experience in CIFA regulation / Label for US Product.
8 Hours Shift
40 hours per week / Flexible hours, Morning, Evening , Weekend, Overtime
Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Preferred
1 to 2 years work experience required

- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
