Job description
Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service role for a 6 month contract located across Canada. Please note this position is currently a work from home position.
As a Bilingual Customer Service role your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Attend incoming customer calls regarding mortgages, RRSPs and general issues
- Provide customer support to all inquiries
- Respond to calls related to banking issues, and complaints
Qualifications required for the Bilingual Customer Service role include:
- 1+ years of previous customer service experience
- Bilingual: French is preferred
- Team player and positive attitude
- Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
