NIAFAZE SOLUTIONS INC. DBA The Beard Struggle located at 8385 St. George St Unit 5, Vancouver, BC V5X 4P3 is looking for 1 full-time, Barber for our company’s product models asap.
Job Duties:
- Cut and trim hair according to the model and company instructions or preferences.
- Shave and trim beards and moustaches.
- May shampoo hair and provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and may also provide scalp conditioning massages.
- Suggest styles based on model’s physical features to focus more on the company’s products.
- Determine styles from company’s instructions and preferences.
- Train and supervise other apprentices.
Job Requirements: –
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a seven-month to one-year apprenticeship or another barber program is usually required.
- Completion of a one- or two-year hairstyling apprenticeship program or completion of a college or other program in hairstyling combined with on-the-job training is usually required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
Terms of Employment: –
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: – $28.50 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
