Job description

Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Location: Ottawa (onsite)

As an Administrative Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth flow of office activities.

What you will do:

- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records and assist in general administrative tasks as needed.

The experience you have:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and French.
