Job description
In collaboration with senior management, define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
* The Construction Project Manager will Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
* Estimate the resources and personnel required to achieve project goals.
* Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
* The Construction Project Manager will Assess need for additional staff and/or consultants; liaise with department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within and/or outside the organization.
* Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
* Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant local Canadian experience completing a variety of ICI up to $20-30MM in value projects in a Construction environment.
$120,000- $135,000 base salary plus bonus
