Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Staff Services Inquiry Centre, the Specialist is responsible for supporting the Inquiry Services team and Inquiry Services Representatives in providing courteous and efficient service to all human resource customers and ensuring a positive employee experience. The Specialist provides technical advice to all levels of management on issues such as human resources policies, relevant legislation and collective agreement interpretations. The Specialist provides support on general or knowledge based inquiries and guidance on using the direct access platform and will act as the first point of escalation for Staff Services.
Job Qualifications Required Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with professional association and/or regulatory body, if applicable Undergraduate degree or diploma in Commerce/Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience 3 - 5 years' experience in a payroll or human resource department. Valid class 5 driver's license.
